Had a response from [mremoved] ref ticket 31405747 who looks as if ran some test the asked me to do the same old plug the router in to the master socket C****, the router has been in the master socket for a week now, what the hell is happening jim:csa
I couldn't recall whether the last SNR reset was performed before or after your master socket was replaced, so I've requested another one for you as part of the fault investigation. Can you keep an eye on this for the next few days and reboot the router once a day (preferably mid-morning) so it can sync at it's highest speed?
