Thanks for your reply because of what you said in a previous post ( I've just checked your account, but there isn't an open ticket nor has there been one since October? ) i raised another ticket (ID: 31405747) to do things the correct way

Had a response from [mremoved] ref ticket 31405747 who looks as if ran some test the asked me to do the same old plug the router in to the master socket C****, the router has been in the master socket for a week now, what the hell is happening

I couldn't recall whether the last SNR reset was performed before or after your master socket was replaced, so I've requested another one for you as part of the fault investigation. Can you keep an eye on this for the next few days and reboot the router once a day (preferably mid-morning) so it can sync at it's highest speed?

Is the router in the master socket or the test socket inside the master socket? (if you have extensions that can make a big difference)
