I missed the cut off of the Fibre Trial by 1 week. Phoned Plusnet to ask nicely if they would let me on it as I have been a loyal customer for many years and recommended Plusnet to various friends.
Short answer was no - but I could still go on it if I wanted to pay an extra £12 per month ! Like I have £12 per month going spare - completely disappointed with Plusnet and have now asked for a MAC code to move to someone else that may look after their customers a bit better.
