I'm sorry to see there's been a delay in responding to the open ticket on your account I've updated ticket 114230779 with some additional info for you which you can see over at http://contactus.plus.net about that.
Having checked it looks like your current provider have raised an order to disconnect your service, this in turn has cancelled our requests to transfer you.
I'd advise contacting them ASAP to check if the order is still "in flight" and can be cancelled.
