How long do Plusnet take to respond to a complaint?

I raised a complaint on 22nd April. How long does it take for someone from Plusnet to respond to it?

According to the code of practice https://www.plus.net/help/legal/complaints-code-of-practice/ it's 10 working days.

Hi there.

If you sent a letter in to us it is 10 working days for us to process it and respond.

Anything I can help you with though?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
