Any chance of feedback to Plusnet management team to get a new numbers line up below as it would be lots easier because I spend many times via Text Relay Service NGTS for deaf peoples as it very annoying for these options to choose as the operator hate it really so do I as it does making me stressful.

Time for a change.

0800 432 0200 Customer support, account, billing
0800 432 0201 Moving home, thinking of leaving us
0800 432 0202 Technical support

I didn't exactly get it, what your request is, although I suppose you would like a separate phone number for each service, instead of having to call only one number, and then having to choose.

In case that's what you want to ask from the management of Plusnet, I don't mind giving feedback at all on this. In fact, it's waht i said at the very beginning, that I would like a separate number for technical support.

 

I'm not sure, though what exactly I'm supposed to do, to give that feedback, and where?
