Hi Chris,
Thanks for the message, and all your work today!
I have checked and my broadband is running again.
I had a call earlier from Open Reach, who said he had been looking for the BB fault.
He said he found the problem.... my line wasen't connected for broadband at all.. which we all knew!!
Anyway, it is running now, so we now just need to swap the phone service, and hopefully that will be an end to all the problems!!
Thanks again for all your help Chris, and of course everybody else at PlusNet that has worked so hard on my behalf.

I'm SO glad to see that you're connected now. As mentioned work has begun to transfer your phone service over to us, I'll keep an eye on the order and give you a nod if we come across any problems (REALLY hoping we don't!)
