No as it seemed to have resolved itself by the time I got through
Yet it is a bit strange for the log on PN side to show instability for a while (with no affect this side) then stable for 2 days, with the 5 minute outage not showing on PN side

Hi TORPC,
In terms of the initial reason for the thread; my position is that in an ideal world you shouldn't have to listen to more than one song when calling in. I'd rather that we concentrate on driving down the times in the first place. I personally love Human League when they're not on repeat...

& thanks for reiterating the main reason for the thread
Whilst I agree that Human League is a great band & so are most of the 80's compilation I encountered on the playlist,
I have to say that during the current regime in PN towers, they could be viewed as off-putting, not just whilst on hold but the Titles & the lyrics do not seem appropriate for an ISP with a downward spiral of customer complaints (mostly caused by BTOpenreach (not turning up or completing their jobs)) for example

The visual radius log isn't really particularly useful, it doesn't distinguish between drops that were only PPP session drops and the DSL remained connected, or drops that included the DSL disconnecting. I don't really know why some people want to see the visual radius picture since you already have better information available locally.
