Please,
I am very upset...
For weeks now I've trying to pay my line saver, but your website is broken
somehow, I always get this message, after entering my payment details:
The web page at https://epayments.plus.net/Thistle/Home might be
temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
I tried to chat, but it's useless, got no help at all from them. Someone
said I would get a phone call, this never happened.
I tried to phone, despite my hearing problems, never get to talk to a
human, waiting long time on line just to have phone call hung up abruptly.
I am fed up, I just wanted to pay... now I am thinking about leaving.
Plusnet used to be great, fair support, but now it's abysmal, using every
dirty trick form TalkTalk book to evade the costumers.

Nothing works, shoddy service. What went wrong Plusnet!?

Assume you are going through the below link to renew/take out line rental saver :

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Sorry if I look impatience but obviously I used this link and it is the very reason why I am reporting this issue here because if I follow the instructions there I got this in the end:

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

As I said, YES, I did this:
Press continue, and in the next page, after a while I got this message:
The web page at https://epayments.plus.net/Thistle/Home might be
temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
No, it's not my Card, no it's not my browser (tried with Safari and Firefox).

I think I see the problem
The credit card on the account has a problem - try adding a new one (the old one again)

Can you assist here please? To me that screen shot does not look like a LRS payment screen - the reference to service inhibition seems odd in the context of LRS

I tried to update my card details, on Chrome I get the same error:
The web page at https://epayments.plus.net/Thistle/Home might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Then I decide to try Firefox, it was a bit more helpful:
Your connection is not secure
The owner of epayments.plus.net has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.
So, what do I do now?
