Drop-down options are for Force9, Plusnet and Free-Online and Madasafish customers are not there. I have been into LOADS of forums, so I can't find the others again.
This morning is the first weekday for 2 months that I have received my emails into Mail during the day, so I HOPE it is fixed!?

Hi v3a,
I can only apologise for that, to clarify users of Madasafish accounts are only able to log into the Madasafish site. Let us know if you've had more mail through.

I have had mails today.
It is such a pity Madasafish customers cannot access all the data available to Plusnet, especially since the support Centre is so slow in replying.

It is the same contact centre that you would deal with for either Madasafish or Plusnet. You can switch to a Plusnet account if you like.
