I asked for a ticket to be held open whilst I was on holiday

Well the title says it - I put the request on the ticket.
This was the response I got, which of course I didn't see until after I got back just over a week ago now.
Complete BS of course, we know tickets can be held in the various pools.
My request obviously never got back to the Originator of the ticket.
I can only assume CSC agent training has sunk to an all time low

Yep - my ticket was put on hold for a couple of weeks and then a month to give me time to monitor my connection. However that was back in April when customer support was good.
