I'd like to stay with plusnet

I changed to sky who are absolutely uselss they have taken £79 and still no sky glass... No refund after numerous calls... My braid and was meant to go live Monday coming but ive cancelled it... I'm trying to contact plus net to keep my original contract but to no luck. Any advice
