We *can't* manually alter these values, they are set depending on the line conditions.
I can see one of our faults team updated your ticket a couple of days ago, as the line still doesn't appear to have improved if you can reply to the ticket with the info required we can get this pushed again.

I have replied to your support ticket and you should have received an SMS. We need to get another SFI engineer visit arranged for you. Please get back to us via the ticket and we will get this dealt with for you.
We do appreciate that you have had several other engineer visits in the past but proceeding with another in this instance should allow us to learn more about what may be causing your speed issues and escalate your case further with BT.

Thanks, I have updated this morning. I don't feel too bad now that I have seen someone has had a problem since October and Mine has only been since November.

I'll ask Adam to get in touch tomorrow, I was in a meeting this pm so didn't get chance to find out what happened, however I do know that while I was on my way to the meeting he was trying to book an engineer appointment for you.

What is going on? You ask your boss to take a week off to get your broadband fixed. Has has this been escalated in bt? 4 visits and it is still not fixed!!!! As I said more time off work is not an option, again this needs to be escalated. Please advis me on the escalation process.  Thanks
