We *can't* manually alter these values, they are set depending on the line conditions.
I can see one of our faults team updated your ticket a couple of days ago, as the line still doesn't appear to have improved if you can reply to the ticket with the info required we can get this pushed again.

I have replied to your support ticket and you should have received an SMS. We need to get another SFI engineer visit arranged for you. Please get back to us via the ticket and we will get this dealt with for you.
We do appreciate that you have had several other engineer visits in the past but proceeding with another in this instance should allow us to learn more about what may be causing your speed issues and escalate your case further with BT.
