I just want to upgrade to fibre (which is in my area)

No way of upgrading from my account, simply shows other 'normal' broadband services to upgrade to.
Spoke to Matt on livechat, who confirmed that yes, fibre broadband is in your area. I can't upgrade you though, you'll need to telephone. Crazy
I've now been on hold on the phone, for almost 30 minutes. I can't take the Yorkshire man butting in every few minutes to thank me for holding.
Shall I give up and take advantage of this BT offer? (If the image uploads Smiley

I see you were looking at the Infinity 38/9.5Mbps product. Are you aware that the Plusnet one is 38/1.9Mbps?

@photoretoucher - Estragon's point is a really important one. Your maximum upload speed on the Plusnet product is one fifth of the max upload speed on the equivalent BT product. That may not sound like much but it can make a huge difference if you are uploading files (e.g. uploading photos).
