I wish i had stayed with Sky !!!!!!

Problem after problem . Plusnet are just shocking. got told i would receive 2 months free for the problems i've had and after 2 weeks they cut off the phone and broadband and after hours on the phone still no further forward and to top it off ask for a manager to phone me to come to some sort of arrangement to get service up and running again they cant even be bothered to get in touch . Will just find another supplier who actually care about costumer service. Feel really let down.

As it is the weekend.... there will be a limited amount of staff available to sort out connection problems... but you may be lucky and someone on "Live Chat"    (   https://www.plus.net/help/chat/  ) will be able to help you...

 

You can get an email copy of the session sent to you after your Live Chat has finished, which is always good to refer back to, rather than trying to remember someone`s name and what "exactly" they told you...
