I would like to officially apologise for getting mad at PN CSAs this week!

It wasn't till about 4 and half hours ago that it turns out that cordless phone I bought on eBay about 2 and half months ago was at fault, yet I have spent the last 3 days shouting at PN staff trying to sort out what I thought was a faulty line because for a while people have been ringing and saying it's a bad line and they couldn't hear me even though due to being deaf I have a loud voice anyway and was speaking loudly at my end.

Anyway, I don't have £108 to pay off the last 9 months of my contract which is till about mid May next year, so can I eat humble Pie and apologise for getting rather upset with PN's staff when it's not their fault?

A(nother) word of advice; it's not recommended to use cordless phones when testing your phone line, you should always try and lay your hands on a corded one, even an El Cheapo from somewhere like Argos..

It's like you said on another thread... "smh".

Thats reminiscent of another chap we used to have here - he used to like using smh / shaking my head quite a lot. His name was RichAllen. Now he was an interesting character, full of anger, always looking for a fight, always replying to every topic he could and also from your area. He gained himself a rather unwelcome following here for his anger management woes. I seem to recall he got a permanent ban too.

I'm sure it's all just a coincidence that you have similar names and are both from sheffield - at least i hope so. God forbid you're the same person back here with a permanent ban and still struggling to control the anger - cos if you were that person, i'd be pretty sure the mods or even plusnet would have given you conditions for your return - which you'd probably be breaking shouting at them for 3 days..

But like i said, i'm sure it's all just a coincidence.

@7up I can officially confirm that was, and still is, me.

And the Mods are fully aware of that fact, even though the original account was banned in June 2014 so just over 7 years ago.

So have you changed your behaviour? - Because spending 3 days shouting at plusnet staff does not look good on you.

We tried to calm you down years ago. I exchanged PMs with you. I even warned you that you'd be escorted out by the mods but you would not listen. Others like you have also come and gone since then. Your return has caused a lot of discussion between a lot of members of this forum - nobody has been happy to see your return as we have memories of your previous antics but you can change that.

So, the real question is, are you prepared to make a real effort to fit in here this time or are you going to continue getting angry and causing problems? - If you choose to do the anger thing, you'll get yourself banned again.

I know life can be frustrating - believe me, i really do i've been through a non stop **** show for my entire life, it's really been a proper grind but I don't come here picking fights and winding people up.

Your choice Allen, be nice, play nice, the forum will be nice. If not... well.. you know how it worked last time.

That's a perfect example! You still have anger issues but play the victim card.

I've said nothing offensive or nasty to you, all I've talked about is your history here and how you can change that but instead you decided to report it to the moderators!
