ICM Research Plusnet Customer Survey

Just completed the survey, and would feel disinclined to do it again.
It's far too long, and was nearly abandoned at the 50% stage. Although it turned out that 50% was somewhat inaccurate.
When considering abandoning again at 77%, the next click took the count to 100% - finished!  Crazy
A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine
