There's a mechanism to correct the reported ISP when presented with your speedtest results. I imagine the site will react to that feedback if submitted enough times. I've tried contacting them directly in the past with limited success.
Want to give this one another go? Ookla got in touch to say they reckon they've fixed it.

I'll get in touch with bwin and see what they're saying.

I've got a PlusNet static IP that's being blocked by https://www.national-lottery.co.uk and redirected to https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/v/geo/block.html so can't log in. According to one explanation panel at https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/v/geo/block.html#blind_1 it's checking locations based on IP addresses and getting it wrong - my IP address is a UK based one...
I'll query the 81.174 range with them. I've been told they've recently introduced new intrusion detection logic. They have advised that the 209.93 range should be fine and there are only a handful of the 146.159 IPs they're blocking intentionally due to the detection of proxy traffic (rather than solely geolocation).
@ianshaircut @carvell I'll look into the topcashback and stanjames issues.

If I click on some sites from Topcashback (Tesco Bank for example) I get the error message "The advertising link is not available in your current location and we are unable to send you through to the product you have clicked upon."
@ianshaircut @carvell, should be working now if one of you cares to confirm?

Totesport.com - When I press the login button, nothing happens at all (no error). Have been thru this with their live help, no solution offered but I expect it is probably caused by this IP address issue.
@Davey7, looks like you might have to get in touch with them again:

It appears that this is not an issue regarding the IP range of your customers but more an isolated issue with the user
We have checked for the customers IP connecting in on 209.93.XX.XX and we can see that he has connected. Also the range 209.93.0.0/16 is white-listed so anyone on this range should not have any connection issues.
In order for us to investigate deeper we would need the customer to contact us with some more information in regards to what happens when he is hitting the ‘log in’ button, i.e. is this from the main homepage or is he at the stage of typing in the username and password?
Try emailing customercare@totesport.com and quoting reference BFIT-14084.

I'm having trouble with Bwin.com, 10bet.co.uk and Betbright.com, all of whom think I'm in the US. This is daft.

I've just tried to log into the National Lottery website (2 different PC's, 3 different browsers) and they say 'It looks like you're outside the UK and Isle of Man'. I seem to be presenting my usual static IP address, so I can't imagine that's the problem. Is the Internet broken (just ljoking) or is the National Lottery website wrong, (or is it a side-effect of Brexit!)

I did have a look round the forum for this issue - obviously didn't use the right search terms!
My static address is 212.159.x.x, and has been since Day 1, so don't understand why it should fall foul of this problem. I'll see if it gets resolved.
As a workaround, my Mobile Broadband lets me onto the website OK.

Some people on that thread have reported that their long held static IP's are now suddeningly causing issues. It might be linked to your line being changed onto the new Plusnet network (just a guess as those of us on static IP's cannot tell if we have been swapped onto it)
