IP addresses not UK - Can customers please report any problems here

Just to update you, this has now been escalated to Betfred's Security (!) dept.

In the meantime, I thought I would try yet another browser and installed the horrible Safari. This cannot even reach the Totesport website as it comes up with the attached error. I presume this is related?

I would suggest that it is different.

Well done on getting the website owner to own the problem.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Magically this has started to work now although Paddy Power IT have not contacted me so not sure what they did..............

anyone else getting this with paddy power app and stuff ?

think it something to do with the i.p address because when i use my mobile data i can get on them,

any info please admin/members

also, i don,t want to be resetting my router everyday just to sort this, if it cant be fixed i would like you to end my contract early

Plusnet have a range of internet addresses that used to belong to a USA Company. Some geo-location services used by apps incorrectly identify them as still being in the USA.
It's pot luck which address range you get an address from when your router connects up.
