I can’t believe I’m actually posting on a forum to try and get in touch with customer services. What happened to email? I just get bounce backs with messages saying Plusnet prefers tickets as they can’t get lost. But how do you send a ticket? I can’t work it out for the life of me. There is literally no way of sending you a message and waiting for your reply.
45 minutes to get through on the phone. Disconnected three times from the chat before I got through. This has wasted about two hours of my time so far and it’s my first day as a customer.

Hi Plusnet dont have a contact Email also they semi removed the ticket system
They prefer you to use the phone , if you can get through or the Chat window if its available .
But you can also use Bookface or the Twits thingy .
This used to be the best place to get things solved unfortunately of late staff are thin on the ground .
If you post your problem here the regular forum members will help
