I have flagged this up with the team the other day. There might be something that can be done but I think I know why it displays like that..

The login status isn't shown on the supportpages.html becuase it is not actually part of the member center (my.html) so it doesn't actually have a way to communicate between the two as they are seperate systems with a common header.
