Hi
Saying thanks. My internet was lost, so after trying the usual things, different filters, wires, etc, I rang Plusnet support and after explaining my problem the techman he said it was probably the modem that had died and a new one was required. He set the new modem up for me so all I needed to do was plug it in and it would work. New modem arrived very quickly and is working perfectly. Very pleased to be back online. The support man, sorry I can't remember his name (my memory is appalling and I was a bit stressed). I would just like to say thanks for his friendly manner and correct diagnosis of the problem.
