Hi there,
I signed up with Plusnet about 3 months ago because of the great reviews but our internet cuts out about 5 times every day and we see the dreaded Technicolor Gateway screen. It's incredibly frustrating, we don't turn the router off - internet cuts out for between 1 minute to 10 minutes. I work from home so it can be disruptive and certainly doesn't look professional as it happens so often.
Is there anything that can be done to address this?

Have you raised a fault with Plusnet https://faults.plus.net and can you post the router stats - noise margin, speed, attenuation, errors etc.
