The second one (58Mb/s) is fairly consistent with other testers, the first one (46Mb/s) is not.

Just run a few more in quick succession (nothing else running here):
Today 08:57 56326 kbps (7.04MB/s) 15880 kbps (1.99MB/s)
Today 08:56 45697 kbps (5.71MB/s) 16353 kbps (2.04MB/s)
Today 08:56 41202 kbps (5.15MB/s) 15593 kbps (1.95MB/s)
At any given moment in the universe many things happen. Coincidence is a matter of how close these events are in space, time and relationship.
