I have the same problem - chat has been offline for days now (been trying ALL week). I just don't have the time to sit on phone for 2 hours, and I have another reason as well.

Live chat ..... If you have an "adblocker" on your browser it will show that it is not available..

However.. to get around that.... download and install another browser    Internet Explorer.... Opera  .... FALKON... and just use them "as is" ..... do not do any settings... all you need to do is to put this url

https://www.plus.net/help/chat/

in your broswer search bar, and make it your "favourite" or "bookmark"... and keep it for Live Chat.

You may get  screen like this.....

In which case, ...... try again later.....  e.g. after 7pm.... or    earlier...... just after 8 am....

Done that but you just get this constantly:

"Sorry a Plusnet chat agent isn’t available at the minute, please refresh the page to try again. Chat is available 7 days a week from 7.30am – 10pm. Outside of these times, call us on 0800 432 0200, or if you want to talk about moving or faults, call us on 0800 023 2221 Thank you"

Been like it all week so far at various times of the day. They might as well just get rid of the option tbh.

It is a comprehensive report on what happened on Saturday Evening... when Live Chat was not available . and from the original post...it seems this is the "norm" now.
