I know I (we) have had a lot of problem the past few weeks with Peak time internet being slow and jumping gateway to get our connection right etc has been a pain in the you know
But I have got to say the Plus Net staff on this forum are all very helpful and working very hard and out of their hours to try and get this resolved. It amazing how many staff are on here trying to help all their customers to get things corrected for them ie account etc etc.
That why I have decided to stay with Plus Net and just bear with them to get this Peak Time resolved then we be back to normal. I am just please that the staff comes on here and help us all out. Well done guys just hope we get to the bottom of it ASAP
