Having seen the decision to abandon 40/2 I had another look at the cost of changing to fibre. As you see not only does a fibre only customer get charged more per month and a set up fee, but also gets offered lower speeds (see colorization of details). I'll allow for upload details being out of date.
Of course I'm being "tongue in cheek", but is PN becoming specifically more incompetent, or is it a malaise of today's frenetically paced world that less and less care is taken with checking before publication.

2Mbits isn't sufficient to upload a streamed HD TV.

But what a shambles it is that a BB only customer is offered the low rate of 25 Mb/s, yet a phone+ BB is offered a range 35-25 Mb/s. I know of course both will get the better rate if conditions allow. Who, however, would sign up to a contract based on such conditions?

It's obviously an error on the web page where the upper estimate is missing, the 'Minimum guaranteed access line speed' is the same for both.
I'm sure @jaread83 will thank you for pointing this out
