Just joined, so far so good
The sun is shining, the sky is blue and I'm looking forward to a very Happy Good Friday - which I'm starting by saying so far , so good with Plusnet ! :). Thought I might as well share my joy with the Community now that I've discovered you.
I was getting constant disconnects and download speeds of only 0.5 MB ( ! ) with last supplier, who never resolved problems . Their tech support in some far off land always spent a day or 2 trying to convince me that I probably had a computer problem....etc etc..
After several such experiences I shopped around and chose Plusnet, thinking Yorkshire is drive able if I get mucked around.
Well, the speed shot up to 8.6MB on day 1 and connection rock solid every day since
I lost Caller ID on the phone and am not happy to pay 99 p. / month to get it back but that's another story....
