Downgraded my account to 40/20 from 80/20 for next billing date.
E-mail I got said that my speed might drop before then but not to worry as my usage allowance won't change.
But I pay for speed hence the two tiers so if it drops that means there should be a pro rata also?

Hi Pete,
Thanks for flagging this up, I've found the email where that is said and it doesn't sound right to me. The speed profile isn't changed straight away, it's set as a pending change for the date of the account change.
