To Jordan (apologies if spelt wrong!) who resolved my phone bill problems today after I have been trying for nearly two months of phoning in and being passed from department to department. He was very professional in dealing with my problem and if it wasn't for him I would have cancelled my contract. Just wanted to pass on my appreciation and hope his bosses see this cause he deserves a raise.
