Kudos to a member of the Fault Team

I'd like to thank [CSA Removed], a member of the Faults team who got my fault fixed. He put 2 and 2 together and made 4 because he looked at this forum about the same same time as one of his colleagues told him about a fault raised by my son who had the same problem .
