No worries Ann! Yes, I've fixed that going forward too by making sure the right discounts are in place. I've credited that off for you, as the next bill is due within 24 hours it means that it's going to appear on the February bill as credit instead.

Thank you so much for that. Is the bill due tomorrow, going to be the correct amount, or the higher amount that December's bill was? Thank you again for your help.

It should be at the correct amount, it's just too short notice to add credit in, do shout up again if there's any issues though.
