Latest Newsletter not on Community site

At the bottom of every page of the Community site is a set of Site Links which includes Plusnet Newsletters
Why hasn't last weeks Newsletter been put on there? Surely it should be done simultaneously with starting to email the newsletter out!

Thanks - I usually delete the email from my inbox once I know it's available on the website.
