Leaving Plusnet

After several good years with Plusnet I am switching providers.

Nothing to do with the service or support.

Quite simply because BT Sports and the TV part has gone.

I was perfectly happy with Plusnet and would have renewed when my contract expires in 2 months if not for the TV side of things.

So a big thank you to all at Plusnet who have helped me through any problems I have had.

If BT and the TV side of things is anything like as good as Plusnets I will be extremally happy.

Aye, looks like big brother bully-boy BT Retail is out to kill off Plusnet cut by cut!

Plusnet appears to be getting reduced to nothing more than a basic connection provider - the TV advertising says it all:

 

"BT & EE.  Better as one."

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
