Been with plusnet for years, but we are paying £30. a month for fibre and a phone line, we have just signed up with Vodaphone for our mobiles, and there offering Fibre and house phone for £20.00. My contract with Plusnet dosnt end for 18 months, am i right in thinking as Plusnet emailed me there putting the prices up i am all ok to leave with no fees as they have altered the contract. Just in case anyone suggests Plunet Mobile, THATS A BIG NO,tried it and signal no good where we live.

If leaving due to price rise you will need to ring Customer Options Team (0800 013 2632) and tell them that is the reason you are leaving.
You will then be able to leave penalty free, whilst on the phone to them, see what offers they have.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
