Leaving positive feedback for Kelly Comms installer?

Is there any mechanism in place for leaving positive feedback for the Kelly Communications FTTP installer that installed my fibre line last week?

I'm aware that there is something in place for 1st party Openreach technicians, but does that extend to Kelly working on behalf of Openreach?
