Whenever I look at https://www.plus.net/help/chat/ it tell me that Live chat is offline.
When is this going to be back?

I doubt very much it will ever come back...
They closed it in a shady way a few months back.... pretending it was working and lying to the customers on the page, saying they were busy and please try later... when actually, it was closed down, all but for the sales office ..

When I was going through the help pages on my phone yesterday trying to report a fault, virtually every page still invited contact by chat.

Hiya
I noticed this a number of months ago....
Bascally Plusnet are going down the road of many british companies now.... If you arent a customer and need to buy something, we will support you and acutally bother. If you are an existing customer then screw you!
Ill be off once the contract is up. Plusnet have been going down the sewer since the BT takeover.
First the removal of 24/7 support, then staff cuts in their leeds call centre, then the removal of livechat for existing customers.
Next: outsourcing customer support to india.
