The "blip" predicted seems to have cut me off from both web and the ability to send email...<sigh>

AFAIK, we've disabled the VIPs at the problematic data centre so all DNS requests should now be getting routed to the working site. I think if you try again you'll be OK be we have encountered an unexpected problem that we're currently working to fix...
