Low Speeds Again

After a while with good speed I am down to 515Mb since work down last week end by Plusnet....Anyone else have
this..............

Hi there,
It looks like your profile dropped on Monday, following a forced disconnect on the line. It's not possible for us to change your BT profile as this relies on your sync rate, which is entirely between the exchange and your premises.
Provided you keep a higher sync rate for 2 or 3 days or so your profile should update again, it's also worth making sure your router is plugged into the master socket without any extension cables and that all other items plugged into the line are filtered as this will minimise any interference in your premises.

GM Matt and thanks for the info............I have a new green box outside my house which BT are working at so maybe that was why I lost the connection......I am connected to test socket, so see how we go.......
