Re: Loyalty

Hi,
Why am I being charged £9.99 for the 1st month of my £5.99 Value Net package?
I am being charge £4.00 for a 3GB Additional Data Transfer Charge Until 16/02/2010? I never surpassed the 15GB monthly usage limit on my previous package and I never asked for 3GB Additional and dont have any data to transfer?
I raised a ticket about this on Tuesday and have still had no response, not even an acknowledgement?

Re: Loyalty

How did OAPs get into this Zap, age doesn't decide how much you use. Ted

Re: Loyalty

The billing and usage period they are talking about (16 Jan-16 Feb) I was still on Your Way Option 2 which allows me 15MB per month allowance.  I only moved to ValueNet 10MB allowance from 16 Feb. They are retrosepctively charging me for going over the 10Mb limit in 16 Jan - 16 Feb, but I had a 15MB limit during that period and used less than 15MB. They have made a mistake. They have now responded 3 days after i raised the ticket but are still saying they are correct. I have gone back to them explaining the above.

Re: Loyalty

They have come back and are still saying they have charged correcty. How can they when they charged me £14.99 for the period 17/1/10-16/2/10 for a 15MB allowance package, I used 14.74MB in that period yet they charge me £4 for going over 10MB? I didnt switch to the 10Mb package until 16/02/10. If they are saying I was on 10MB for 17/1/10-16/2/10 then I should not have been charged £14.99 for this period, but £5.99 plus £4 for going over.
My understanding is when you switch it doesnt start until the next billing period, which makes sense. I switched after the £14.99 payment was taken so I was entitled to 15Mb for 17/1/10-16/2/10.

Re: Loyalty

Thanks very much. I always seem to get much better service via here than via the help support team on the main site.
