Ludicrous mobile renewal offer

Hi, I'm currently ending a 32Gb per month 12-month mobile contract which costs me £10.93 each month (was £10 then went up in March). The app offers me a new 12-month contract of 30 Gb for £10 a month; on the website I can have 52Gb on a 30-day contract for £15.

Typically I use less than 10Gb a month but that has reached about 15Gb when I've been travelling about.

So why Plusnet, did you write to me telling me the best option for me would be to move to a 12-month contract with 40Gb a month for £25?  Do I look like I zip up the back?

I've no particular reason to leave Plusnet until I get a 5G phone and wasn't going to but am seriously thinking about leaving because of such a blatant attempt to con me, it's outrageous. Please take this as feedback that your customers deserve a lot better.

Try 1pmobile?  Unlimited calls Unlimited texts 50GB of data for £15 pm. Uses EE network, excellent and fast login for instant listing of calls and data status. Delighted with coverage and service since switching from Three earlier this year because of high charges.

I have just changed to Lebara via a special offer with  USwitch who use Vodaphone better coverage than I was getting with PN/EE

U/L minutes U/L texts and 21GB of data  and 5G if needed for £7.95 reduced to £3.18 for the first three months and no silly price rises every March/April  CPI plus 3.9%

I found the change over very easy using the PAC code to keep my number
