I phoned Customer Service Support late last night (15/05/14). It was well worth the half-hour wait to get through and I would like to thank the agent for his assistance.
I shall not go into personal details but I was trying to assist a neighbour who as a new Plusnet subscriber was having difficulty with her new internet connection and getting a bit panicky as a result.
I had recommended Plusnet to her so I felt some responsibility to get her up and running.
The agent ( I am sorry I missed his name) was most courteous and helpful - I could not ask for better customer service.
This morning my neighbour's internet connection was working well and she is delighted as am I!
