Whenever you log-in to the member centre and you have an open ticket which PN last replied to you get a message "IMPORTANT Question update! Our Support Team have replied to your Question" at the top of the screen, even if you have already read the message. This is confusing as it appears like there is a new response, when there is not.

We had a similar issue with expiring credit cards which weren't. That was fixed.

Why when after raising a ticket instead of a personal answer to specific questions eg your router must be left on 24/7{ when on looking at google its a yes / no senario} & BT capping, & speed issue do you now get a link answer of the jargon of how your network of you own personal equipment is set up when this has already been established?
As Plusnet ticket issue now lost its personal touch???? :

Welcome to the Forums
unfortunately the question of leaving the router on is not an exact science. Some say if you leave it on you waste energy, Some say if you turn it off you might switch back on and get a rubbish connect, all say dont do it too often, no more than 4 in one hour, and not to close together, BT will think you ave a rubbish line and cripple you
a very good place for info is http://www.kitz.co.uk/

It depends really on what sort of ticket you're referring to.
If you're raising a fault related one, it needs to be powered up so that we and subsequently BT can test your line. We can't do that if the router is not turned on.

Just to add to the issue about leaving the router on and possible waste of energy (and not questioning Pierre-pierre comments). The router uses so little energy that it is probably counter productive to turn it off at all
