Re: Member Centre Login failed Webmail is down as is RSS Feed of Service Status

I'm still getting 'time outs' trying to access community.plus.net, although email is up to speed.
Although I can access websites with .jp .au .is and .no suffixes, just  community.plus.net
Should I log a fault? or wait a day or 2 longer?

Anyone else seeing Community site time outs?  I've not seen any other complaints of that, or seen the problem myself.

@kelly, thanks for looking, 2nd attempt I usually get in. maybe I'm not pressing hard enough on the keys! Perhaps I should clear the cache n' cookies and reboot the router, no panic.
I'm only really interested in updates to CBB thread (NOT) Roll_eyes Roll_eyes

Try an ipconfig /flushdns from the command line just in case?

Fax-2-Email is back up now so I've closed the Service Status thread.
[quote author="Bob Pullen"]Access to Sheffield-based services/Data Centre Power Outage (69729) - RESOLVED
This is an update to yesterday's post about the problems affecting the use of our Fax-2-Email service.
Access to the service has now been restored and customers should be able to receive faxes as normal.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
As access to all customer-facing services has now been restored, we're closing this service status thread.

Re: Member Centre Login failed Webmail is down as is RSS Feed of Service Status

@Bob,
Time now is 18:32 and I want to send a mail using Outlook Express on XP machine. It appears that the SMTP server is NOT responding as I keep getting that message every 60 seconds.  Is ther something adrift with SMTP server?
