Glad to see that's sorted for you. I've also checked on the uncap order and that's looks to be going through fine.
I can't see any issues that would have stopped you streaming and the unlimited product that you're now on should improve your experience if anything.
I've also placed a SNR reset on your line which has now been implemented and should give you a bit extra speed.

Thanks for the SNR reset
My upload speed has been increased but still a long way from where it was before i switched to the unlimited package

Re: Misled into changing package and entering into another 1yr contract

That upload diagnostic test information seems weird. It looks like the bRAS hasn't limited the speed (test result 0.71Mbps) but BT Wholesale's administration side has you on a capped (0,45Mbps) product. I wonder if the test result is correct?
What upstream sync speed does you router show?

The upload order hasn't completed yet, the way it's been placed it won't complete until the 18th either  Undecided
It's at a stage where is seems to half of completed.

Re: Misled into changing package and entering into another 1yr contract

An upload sync speed of 888kbps is usually the result of the DLM applying upstream interleaving to the line. It must have been off to give the 1200kbps you had previously. Changing product should not have caused it to be turned on, and taken with the reduced download speed it looks like a fault has developed.
Since the uncapping order won't fully complete until Monday perhaps the Digital Care Team can check your line then?

Re: Misled into changing package and entering into another 1yr contract

I am getting lots of disconnects from xbox live while playing now, i think SNR of 3.35 dB maybe a little to low for my line.
I am not sure if my line is on the10 day training period or not.

Current trained adsl mode    : ADSL2+
Current trained adsl path    : Interleaved
Downstream Bit Rate          : 9667100 bps

Upstream Bit Rate            : 888800 bps
Upstream Noise Margin        : 14.0 dB
Upstream Attenuation        : 43.0 dB

Re: Misled into changing package and entering into another 1yr contract

I matched your profile as it was out of line, your SNR is currently at 7.1dB, has there been any improvement?

My downloads seems to be a lot more stable now thanks, my upload is a little better, but 0.68 Mbps is still no where near what i was getting before switching to the unlimited package
I am still getting disconnected from xbox live 3-4 times an hour while playing GTA V, i can log straight back in to live and my router doesn't disconnect

Re: Misled into changing package and entering into another 1yr contract

My partner phoned tech support this morning, after waiting over 1/2 an hour we were put on hold so they could do a line check and the line check cut our phone off so we had to phone back and wait another 1/2 an hour
Tech support said its a wireless fault, i disagree its been fine for over 2 years playing xbox live, the disconnections only started happening since we changed to this unlimited package and our upload speed is still only half what we were getting before switching to unlimited

Re: Misled into changing package and entering into another 1yr contract

Our 2 pc's are wired, 1 of our xbox's is wired but the main 1 used for live is wireless.
Seems much better today, we have only been disconnected from live 4 times all day

Re: Misled into changing package and entering into another 1yr contract

Your connection is dropping but not sure if these are initiated by yourself?

Are you able to try the Xbox wired that you're currently using wireless to see if that helps?
