Fairly competitive at start with data boost. Now not so, big % rise. Coverage patchy in big city, whether central or more urban. Lastly poor communication about their mobile service end game, now not avail to newbies. (LOL text short-code only avail to get PAC)
Plusnet Broadband FTTC 30mb or so:-
Reliable Ethernet service though speed fluctuates. Hub One WiFi patchy, (speed up/down) often have to jig things to get connected. Sometimes buffering when streaming. Was competitive in the past & attractive retention deals. This years rise and poor retention deals means no reason to stay on. Moving elsewhere to competitive FTTP 500mb.
Plusnet Customer service is above average. Context is vastly understood compared to other co’s.
