My wife and I had another outage on our Plusnet mobile this morning, don't know when it started but it went on till 10am.
It seems we are getting these sort of outages every few months and the biggest pain is that as I have no land line, we cannot contact Plusnet.
Come on Plusnet, why does your chat function not work on your web site.
With COVID-19, this has been a good alternative contact method used by many other suppliers and providers of goods.
I am seriously looking to find another provider of mobile services. 😡
