Move from Madasafish

Hi, I signed up on the 19/12/12 to move my Broadband and phone from Madasafish.
Is it it possible to inform me when my services will be moved ,as I have had no date?

The last email I had contained info from this ticket No;  63547392
If this is in the wrong place, I apologise as this is my first post.

I contacted CS at 2-30 yesterday afternoon and was up and running by 5-15.
