Moving house and being charged £65

I joined PlusNet a month ago and I said  I was going to be moving soon. Now I am being £65.  There was nothing mentioned about this 'moving cost' when I signed up and there is nothing on the site about it.

Re: Moving house and being charged £65

Not moved house myself but a quick search on pn  site came up with this page which says in some cases charges may be due and to contact them for advice.
The change appear s to be of you are leaving. Are you taking on with you when you move, did you submit move online. Hopefulyy it may be due to the wrong box being ticked in the process

Re: Moving house and being charged £65

Hi linda5tango,
I've just checked your House Move Ticket and I cannot see that you're being charged £65 for the move. Any house move fees have been waived due to an agreed contract for 24 months.
If you've any further queries surrounding this, please feel free to update Ticket: 82864020 and I'd be happy to add further details on there for you.

Re: Moving house and being charged £65

Is the confusion because it shows on https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary ?
